Group Marketing and Communication Manager - Polygon Group

Working closely with Group Strategy, Commercial teams and country organisations, you will play a key role in ensuring that Polygon’s brand, message and market presence are clear, consistent and impactful. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the execution of Polygon Group’s marketing and communications plan, coordinating the MarCom team’s activities to deliver on strategic priorities across the organisation.
You will be responsible for managing and developing the Polygon brand, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity and brand experience across all markets. The role also includes ownership of the Group’s external website, selected social media channels and intranet, with a focus on maintaining strong brand alignment and high digital standards. You will develop marketing campaigns, content, presentations and sales materials that clearly communicate Polygon’s value proposition, as well as coordinate external communications such as press releases, annual reports and corporate presentations.
Working closely with country organisations, you will provide marketing tools, templates, brand guidance and best-practice support, while also monitoring marketing performance and using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and impact.
In addition, you will manage external marketing agencies and suppliers, plan and coordinate Group events, and travel when needed to support collaboration and execution across the business.
We are looking for
We believe that you are a marketing and communications professional with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, and at least eight years of experience within B2B marketing, communications or brand management, preferably from an international organisation.
You are fluent in both English and Swedish, spoken and written, and have solid experience of digital marketing, websites and social media. You bring a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, AI-enabled marketing and corporate communications, combined with excellent project management, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
With a commercial mindset and an analytical, data-driven approach, you know how to create communication and marketing activities that support business goals and strengthen brand impact. Hands-on experience of using AI tools in marketing is considered a strong advantage.
The role is based at Polygon Group’s modern offices in central Stockholm, with the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues across countries and functions.
