Interim Communications Manager 50% to Orkla Health
About the role
We are looking for a Communications Manager (50%) to support Orkla Health’s Swedish business and global communication activities. The assignment is expected to start on Februari 1 st and last until October 1 st.
The role is hands-on and execution-oriented, with a strong focus on internal communications, digital channels, local media handling, and close collaboration with the business. You will be part of a little but impactful global communications team and work closely with HQ.
This role is well suited for a communications professional who enjoys structure, content execution, and operational excellence, and who is comfortable working within clear frameworks and priorities.
Key responsibilities
Internal & corporate communications
· Ownership of the local intranet, including content updates on business critical issues and governance
· Execution of the annual communications wheel in Sweden and selected global activities (key moments, campaigns, leadership communication)
· Support local change communication initiatives in close alignment with HQ
Digital channels & publishing
· Website updates and contribution to a global website project (content updates, governance, coordination across the markets and with external supplier)
· Publishing content across internal and selected external channels
· Global LinkedIn plan and execution
Brand & PR coordination
· Coordinate Brand PR stories in collaboration with Marketing, aligned with global narratives
· Execute sustainability-related content locally, based on global frameworks and messaging
Local media & issues handling
· Handle local media inquiries and proactive media outreach in Sweden
· Support local contingency communication and media preparedness
· Coordinate closely with HQ on sensitive or high-risk topics
Your profile
Solid experience in communications, preferably from a corporate or brand-driven organization
High pace and strong execution skills across internal communication, digital channels, and media
Comfortable working independently within a defined scope
Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a part-time role
Fluent in Swedish and English
